Update on Proposed Development at 5052 Dalhart Road NW.

The Dalhousie Community Association is sharing correspondence related to the proposed development at 5052 Dalhart Road NW to keep community members informed.

Ward 4 Councillor DJ Kelly has prepared and submitted a letter to the City file manager responsible for reviewing this development permit application. In addition, the DCA Planning & Development Committee has submitted a formal letter providing comments on the application on behalf of the Dalhousie Community Association.

The DCA Planning & Development Committee appreciates the opportunity to review and comment on development applications that may impact our community and to share this information transparently with residents.
