Dalhousie Community Association | 5432 Dalhart Rd NW
Get ready to celebrate the season! Join us at the Dalhousie Christmas Craft Market, where you can explore over 60 local vendors showcasing the best in Alberta-made, baked, grown, and handcrafted goods.
Whether you are hunting for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts, stocking up on seasonal treats, or simply soaking in the festive atmosphere, this community market offers something special for everyone on your list. Best of all, every purchase directly supports dedicated local makers and small businesses close to home.
Event Highlights
- Free admission for all visitors to attend and explore.
- Over 60 local vendors spread across three rooms.
- Authentic local goods, featuring items handmade, baked, grown, and raised right here in Alberta.
- Complimentary basket giveaways, with free entry for all attendees.
- A festive community atmosphere, complete with live music while you browse.
In keeping with our community standards, the Dalhousie Farmers’ Market proudly follows the “Made, Baked, or Grown in Alberta” guideline, ensuring that at least 80% of participating vendors feature locally produced goods. In addition, all proceeds from the market support community improvement projects through the Dalhousie Community Association.
Giving Back: Holiday Donation Drive
Along with shopping local, you can also help spread holiday cheer to neighbours in need. We encourage visitors to bring items for our on-site donation collection:
- Non-perishable food items in support of the Veterans Food Bank of Alberta.
- New, unwrapped toys or gift cards in support of Inn From the Cold.
Before You Visit
While admission is free, please keep in mind that many of our vendors operate on a cash-only basis. Because there is no ATM on site, we strongly recommend bringing cash with you so you don’t miss out on your favourite festive finds!
