Calgarians should be aware that electric dirt bikes are not street legal and cannot legally be operated on public roads, sidewalks, pathways or in parks.

Operating these vehicles unlawfully — or in a careless or dangerous manner — can result in fines and other consequences. Parents may also be held responsible if their children are found using e-dirt bikes illegally.
